Menopause and Muscle Aches-My body hurts

There are many symptoms to menopause and some of them are common ones and some not so common. However, when it comes to muscle aches and menopause it can be a sign of your hormones being imbalanced. When there is a decline in a woman’s body of estrogen while in menopause she goes through a lot of changes. The loss of estrogen can result in a number of symptoms. Here is one. Back pain is a common complaint during menopause. It can be a sign of muscle weakness. Your muscles, tendons and bones estrogen receptors those areas can become weak. This is what will give you daily pain and cause you to be uncomfortable. If you are not aware of some of the muscle pain related to menopause, you may want to think it was the way that you slept, or something that you picked up, something that you moved. However, those things can cause muscle pains but understanding and knowing that you are in menopausal “mood” (if you will) you will be better to relate it to loss of estrogen. Your muscle and joint pain with menopause is an unexplained soreness. It is unrelated to trauma or exercise, but may be related to the immune system with the different hormone levels changing. How do you elevate your muscle pain? There are some ways to do it to make you feel more comfortable as your menopause lessens. 1.Change your diet 2.Get a body massage 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Implement yogurt in your diet 5.Take herbs 6.Take a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (s) NSAIDs There are many other ways to gain comfort from muscle pain with menopause. Address your problem to your medical provider and he/she will be able to give you the best solutions as to how you can be more comfortable with your muscle pain during menopause.
